7 SINS IN DECISION MAKING

I've already wrote about " For me, Life is about decision making".
In one of "Decision Support System" lecture,in my campus, there is an effort to classified things that can lead to a bad decision making.
quite interesting, becoz we can use it too in our life as a boundary to keep us in our track.
So here is the " 7 Sins in decision making" :

1. Assume that i have all the answer. And my answer is right.
This can lead us to stray, and for me, astray is the worst thing that could happenned in decision making. Imagine that you walk right into the precipice, but you don't know about it, people have tell you about your direction, but you don't care coz you feel that you known better.

2. Asking the wrong question or to wrong person.
When asking the wrong question, the answer will be wrong too.

3. Too much confidence.
well, this point is already so blunt. :p

4. Not searching information becoz i feel it will consume my time and money.
" Information is one hell of a power ". this is nowadays paradigm of the modern world.

5. Plagiat without analyzing.
Each person, each situation have an unique character and condition. Benchmarking is Good !
Copy/Plagiat is Bad !

6. Not validate negative feedback.
Nobody is perfect, but we can keep climb up to perfectness only when we accept and analyzing negative feedback from other people. I've seen too many people that fail in their decision making, as well as their life, only becoz they don't take the advantages from validate the negative feedback.

7. postpone decision making too long.
people change, situation change, and time is always counting up.
